- Our payment terms are strictly 7 days from receipt of our invoice
- It is agreed that the customer will give 48 hours notice of cancellation, otherwise the full cost will be charged.
- All Our Boardroom Venues are strictly NON SMOKING
- All customers must undertake to leave Our Boardroom venues in good order and condition. The hire fee includes basic cleaning services to maintain the venues in good condition. Should extra cleaning services be required after cessation of this agreement, due to the fault of the customer or clients of the customer, a fee will be charged.
